The meeting shall be held for the following purposes:

2.       To transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Notice of Bylaw Amendments

Freedom’s Board of Directors made two changes to the credit union’s bylaws and this serves as your notice of these changes.

1.     Added new Section 6 to Article III, permitting virtual annual meetings in emergency situations like the COVID 19 pandemic.  The PA Department of Banking has approved this change.

1.     To be good stewards of Freedom’s resources, the Board added a new Article XIV, a class action waiver provision that provide more clarity as to how legal disputes between the credit union and its members will be resolved.  This amendment is being reviewed by the PA Department of Banking.
