The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Accounting Department. This individual will assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports including general ledger account reconciliations and schedules. He/she will ensures the completion of accurate financial, statistical and accounting records on a timely basis. Also will be responsible for the processing of payroll for all credit union employees on a bi-weekly basis.
The IT Operations Manager’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and implement processes and maintenance updates as it relates to the core processing Symitar/Episys system and other applications. The incumbent is responsible for managing multiple assignments, providing updates, documenting the processes and transitioning to the Service Desk. Incumbent will retain responsibility for open tasks/tickets during post- implementation of projects.
**Extensive years of related financial banking experience with Symitar Episys/EASE software experience is required**
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for generating new mortgage loans by assisting members with their mortgage lending needs. In this role the Mortgage Loan Officer will respond to member inquiries. In addition the individual will utilize data sources and other available resources to make outbound phone calls to capture member mortgages currently with other institutions. This individual will analyze loan requests and communicate credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy.
A Teller assumes the responsibility for performing a wide variety of assigned tasks associated with the processing of member transactions, such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, loan payments and withdrawals. (approx. 19 hours a week)
