Visa Credit or Visa Check Card, you can add a password to ensure that only
you can use your Visa cards online. The password will be required
to make a purchase from participating
merchants. This free service is available for both your Visa Credit
and Visa Check Cards.
Verified by Visa is designed to protect the
Visa Credit Card that you already have.
Once you register your card with Verified by Visa:
- Your card will be automatically
recognized at participating online stores.
- The online store will ask for your password.
- Your password will be verified.
- The transaction will be completed.
Important tip about choosing your
password: For additional security, use a
combination of words and numbers for your Verified by VISA password.
