The Systems Analyst assumes the responsibility for Information Technology support to all areas of the organization. Strives to maintain sound operating technologies by providing quality computer services at the lowest possible cost. Maintains a positive user relationship and work environment by providing technical and hardware support for the Credit Union.
The Human Resources Manager oversees and coordinates the Human Resource and Learning and Development strategies for the Credit Union, including: recruiting and staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefit administration, training and development, regulatory compliance and payroll administration.
The Member Lending Consultant is responsible for generating new loans for Freedom Credit Union; utilizing data sources and other available resources to offer products and services that build on our existing member relationships.
This position assumes the responsibility for performing a wide variety of assigned tasks associated with the processing of member transactions, such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, loan payments and withdrawals.
The Call Center Representative assumes the responsibilities for handling or routing all telephone transactions, inquires and requests for service.
